06. Your Rights to Erasure & Modification

If you decide that you no longer wish to possess a Vault or be a part of the QALAMACADEMY ecosystem, you may submit a formal request to the Agency to have your digital footprint eradicated. Upon verification of your request, we will permanently delete your profile, associated email, and access keys.

Please note: Financial records of past transactions cannot be deleted. The Agency is legally mandated to retain transactional ledgers (including your name, invoice amount, and GST paid) for a period dictated by government tax laws. Furthermore, executing the Right to Erasure means you permanently lose access to all previously purchased PDFs and guides, with zero right to a refund.
